And he said it was better than most auto books he has seen at the stores. This book is wonderful because it actually shows real pictures of the inside of the car. I have learned tons from myself looking at the pictures alone.
I need all information that could be possible about ford mustang 1983 because Ihave an car of it and is damaged in this moment
I highly recommend this manual if you are restoring your Mustang and need detailed information. This is a more detailed book than Haynes, but both have differnt information required to repair your ‘Stang’.
I found this maunal incomplete, and inaccurate. The wireing diagrams have many errors. Though I have found it useful at times.
This is not a completed tear down and repair manual. It’s OK for some break downs. would recommend to do maintenance on your car.
thank you for this wonderful gift. This will make a great and wonderful gift family/ friend enjoyed and will enjoy the memories
I bought a copy of this manual years ago when I had my 1990 Mustang.
I referenced it for almost every big repair that I was unfamiliar with on the car, and found it to be very helpful. Even after I sold the Mustang, I continue to reference this manual for repairs on my 1987 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, which is based off the same chassis as the Mustang and is overall very similar.
I even referenced this book for bearing clearances and torque specs when I rebuilt the engine for my Turbo Coupe.
Overall, very good reference book and I have been very happy with it.
This book is OK for general tune up. But if you are going to pull apart the rear to change the clutch pack get another book. The rear shown does not even have the traction lok.
This was bought as a replacement for a beaten-up copy my husband had had for over a decade. It contains clear pictures diagrams and instructions and and an easy to use comprehensive index. Great information for routine maintenance, it can be a little daunting for more intensive repair jobs, but cars are complicated so that is to be expected. This is a great quick reference guide for seasoned professionals, or a comprehensive guide for the armature at home mechanic.
